how do iupload a word document please
Don’t know directly but you could just cut and copy all the text in? 
could take a screen shot and upload as a picture, although I saw someone upload a link off site to an excel document. @DeanMarkTaylor is your man.

What exactly do you want to do?
If you have text in a Word document - just copy and paste it in.
If you have images too - insert those after using the image button 
or dragging and dropping.
