I thought I would re-post this reminder, as we now have a lot of new members on this forum and people probably do not realise what a major part of Evil Empire Performance is all about.

Apart from the Performance stuff we supply we also can supply every single part for your GTO/3000GT that is available and we pride ourselves that it will also be the correct part too, This is possible as we have all the correct and most up to date versions of the Japanese, American and European part number systems at our disposal that ensures that we can use your cars VIN number and obtain the correct parts for your individual car.

To our knowledge no one else in the world apart from Mitsubishi them selves has all three systems working in one place as most dealers in the world only need to have the system for the country they retail to.

We carry over 500 of the most commonly supplied parts in stock at any one time (This is expanding monthly) and have multiple shipments every week for the things we don’t have in stock

So before you fit that cheap pattern part, that my be inferior, check with us first you may be very suppressed how much cheaper we really are.

Also with the Genuine Parts there are little touches like the genuine Track Rod Ends have grease nipples where as the pattern ones do not. Things as simple as the grease nipple extend the life of these parts and hope fully will not result in you having to replace them again during your ownership of the car.

Hey Rob,

What should I say to a garage if they tell me that they won’t give me a warranty on parts that I supply (e.g via your excellent service), so I have to get parts though them (at higher prices as they get them from Mitsubishi)?

go to rob every time you need stuff for the car,just dont say much tho or your phone bill will be dearer than the parts :lol:

take it to another dealership if you can, the one closest to me charges £85/hour and wont accept GENUINE parts not bought through them, the one thats 40 miles away charges £55/hour and will fit genuine parts bought elsewhere.

if they dont want your business, tell them to blow it up their ass and go elsewhere.

I had the same thing with my old car, a Mondeo, when Halfrauds were changing my lower wishbones, doing a service, fitting new tires, and a few minor bits. They refused to fit a set of brand new Black Diamond discs I supplied, and when I told him it was almost no extra work for them, he asked how I knew that for certain, and if I was a mechanic! :lol: Well, seeing as I’d changed some before…
I asked for the keys back 2 minutes after dropping it off, and had a massive argument with the manager, who said he never wanted to see my car around their garage again! :shock: No problem dude. :lol:

I promptly drove it (the same day) 15 miles to a Ford dealer, who did the same work cheaper, and fitted the discs for no extra cost.

Back to topic - I can certainly vouch for Rob, he is my number one choice for a large number of parts, I wouldn’t even bother looking elsewhere to check prices. On one occasion I desperately needed a part, but he wasn’t able to charge my card at the time, so sent the bits out on trust I would call him the next day.

I called him when I got home at lunch time the following day, and had already received the part!

This garage isn’t even a dealership - just an independent garage who get their parts from Mitsubishi. They seem decent though - just a bit confused by me being able to supply the parts cheaper - so I can probably sort it out.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

I am currently looking at several factory Units and will take one of them to move into, this will benefit the Empire and you guys, as everything will be under one roof and I can finally get a landline telephone number for you guys to call on.

Plus I will have more space etc….

And I can then also work on my own ■■■■■■ car that has spent the last 3 years in bits.

Genuine Mitsubishi 02 sensor for your year £99.00 delivered

With this sensor you do not need to

  1. Cut and join the plug to the old loom
  2. Spend an afternoon trying to work out why it then does not work properly, beacuse the wire joints are crimped not soldered and affect the voltage from the sensor
  3. Find a way of waterproofing the entry point into the car as the generic ones do not come with the use once waterproof boot that the original ones do.
  4. Replace it after 6 months when the generic one stops working
