Hi yeah sorry I’m after a twin turbo,manual mk 1 or mk 2 3 or 4 limit is £7000 but could pay more for the right car many thanks
£7k would get you a very well sorted Mk1 or Mk2. Might even push you into the realms of the Mk4 but not sure. there are so few of those about. To give you an idea. I got a Mk1 3000GT (UK model) twin turbo that had been well modified with 13T’s and Maf-T pro with 430bhp for £3500. It also had the appeal that it is believed to be the last Blue UK Mk1 left but that isn’t confirmed. Would be worth spending less on the car and using the remainder of your budget to get a specialist like Eurospec to give it a really good going over and a full 60K service. Will give you some more faith in the car. Good luck with the hunt!!
Thanks mate yeah i used to have a mk1 really loved the looks of it, it was silver twin turbo and mint ended up selling it to get cash for a new flat at the time miss it still, so now I’m looking for another one and yeah a mk 4 would be good but I’ve never seen one for sale they seem to be gold dust but I’d be happy with any of the others! Also as soon as I have one I’m getting a full membership on here so at least if someone sells me one from the club it will be staying in the club.
Always better buying from a club in my opinion anyway as it has a history that people will know. Pay up now and you will be able to look at the classified ads on here.
There is a very nice Mk2 for sale in there at the moment for £3k that has had a new short block and lots spent!
I’ve just paid up for full membership now but can’t find the gto for 3000? Is it blues one? Cos he’s got people coming round on the weekend
