Hi guys new to the site and looking for some help. I have been trying to reply to a post in the classified section for a chap in Denny who is breaking his mk1 red GTO. I desperately need a passengers side mirror in red but I don’t seem to be able to reply. I am fairly local to him so could collect. Is there a reason I cant reply on the thread.

Unfortunately you are limited to what sections you can see and respond to. You would have to become a full member to access all of the forum. Saying that if the guy selling the parts is a full member he will be able to respond to this post.

Think I can get you 2 in red if anyone needs anything red a friend has broken a mk1 tt
I’m 99% sure i have a red Mk1 auto-retracting mirror I bought to take the innards out for my black Mk1. You can have the outers if you want. Let me know via PM although I’ve not renewed membership yet so not 100% if I will get it.
Thanks for the replies. I got one from a breaker. It is actually fora friend but it didn’t fit. The GTO it’s being fitted to is a J reg are there different fitments for different years.
So yes still looking for a passengers side one if anyone has one. It’s only the cover that’s damaged so if it can be replaced separately then yes if you have one that would be ideal.
