Today I went into my e mails that are not kept on my computer only to find two folders that I
kept emails sent to me missing…
I then log on here and could have sworn I posted yesterday how to open a gto bonnet from
outside the car under a topic in general discussion, if I recall called HELP… Its gone… has it
been moved or deleted ?
If so and thinking about it I understand why after reading some of the concerned replies about
others describing how to brake into the interior of a gto making it more possible to steal it…
Not that bothered but just curious as today things seem to be going missing for me :shock: :?
It’s not your memory Alan it looks like the ‘Help’ topic was deleted.
A member suggested that I had been irresponsible in posting a link to your original topic with photos that explained how to open the bonnet.
As a result I suggested that a moderator move or delete the topic which they have rightly done.
To be fair it also contained a small degree of personal information about the OP such as registration number of her car so it was better that it was deleted
What I find interesting however is the OP managed to get into her car with a plastic ruler… :x
I deleted it. Putting a message at the end of the post to say that i had deleted it is rather useless to anyone other than another moderator as you can no longer see that either.
Sorry to Alan for making him think he’s going daft, we already know that answer. :lol:
If we did a post about every post we deleted, it would take ages to sort out. What normally happens in similar circumstances is that we notify the post author.
