Well, I'm back on the road :)

Hi all,

I feel chuffed, the car is back on the road, have driven it loads already :stuck_out_tongue:

Starts with the first turn of the key, runs with a real nice low rumble. (Cheers Craig)
Have no heater display, have checked all the fuses and can’t find any blown, so was wondering if there are any hidden fuses I have missed.

Here is a rear shot of my car,

It took a few runs for the idle to settle at about 800rpm, was up at 1200 at first, I think that it was Craigs old stepper motor, only joking

Will post a picture of the engine bay as soon as I have two more mikalor clamps for the intake pipe, the old rusty ones look bad when next to the others

Good to hear Terry .

Been a long old journey but you got there in the end , that exhaust looks so much better than your old one too 8)

Craig

I know the feeling when the car is just sat there for weeks on end.

Well chuffed for you now its back buddy.

Steve

Good news indeed, as for the heater display they are notorious for failing so will almost certainly require a replacement unit, cheap enough & available but fitting is another matter, just left mine blank as everything works heater wise & I know what all the buttons do to operate it
