Hope this isn’t a silly question, I’ve set my profile background photo, and also User Card Background, but what is User Card Background, I can’t see the pic anywhere?

The User Card is what is displayed when someone clicks your Profile Image

Yes circled is your profile picture, click the profile picture and the user card is displayed.
