Have had a reply back from the hotel regarding paying for function :smile:

I will require £10 deposit from all that are coming once the function has been put in the shop on the forum. Then the remainder has to be paid at least 4 wks before the event, which will be the week of the 8th - 15th Nov.

The Xmas do is in the shop, you will find that the price will include pay-pal charges.

Everyone who has there names down as coming to the Xmas do can you please pay no later than the end of the month, due to the fact that if we leave it any later it might end up being sold out, and that is the last thing we want.
