I have today booked the xmas do, unfortunately they have no double bedrooms, available, ALL bookings for double rooms therefore have been changed to twin room for people booking for 2 people , and single rooms for people with a single meal.

If you still would like a double room you can upgrade for £20, please do this directly with the hotel

Hi Simon,

Just phoned the hotel to upgrade and have been told the event is not yet booked.

They are going to phone you to sort it out apparently.

Thanks for sorting. Upgrade done, although Steve says we don’t need a double bed as I’m always on his side anyway :laughing: well wouldn’t you be :wink:

Think it’s Option 3 for Room Bookings, then Option for Events of Plus 10, speak to Anna.

Hi Andy,

Answer to your question yes you will get the difference from double to single will sort it out with Simon as I have opted for a single as well.

Thanks Simon @3000gt for getting this back on track today, I for one know from booking the AGM trying to liaise with hotels whilst at work isn’t an easy task.

Happy with our upgrade as we know this is always a great event.
