So with what appears the death of JAE, the Club is thinking about attending

are there more members interested in this show?

we really do need to know as soon as possible as these events take a bit of organising and logistics work.

the location is much more central compared to JAE last year so shouldn’t be a too far for most people.

This will be an interesting event. Not that far away from Silverstone, or me, for that matter. I will make every effort to get to this, although it will most likely be for a single day - if that is allowed.

Spoke with the guy who organisies the show yesterday.
We need to get a wiggle on with this, as plots are, apparently, booking up fast.
Please get your names down if wanting to go.

Hi all,

I’m not sure we can do this event as a club meeting. The costs are quite high as the event organiser requires us to book 3 plots which we need for people, cars, tents/event shelter at a cost of £360 per plot (10 tickets per plot).

With the general low numbers of members doing the weekend meets etc… I think the costs are too high.
