Christmas Party 2006 Booking thread 2/12/06

I have been in contact with the hotel and agreed the following rates which is only a slight increase on previous years :

Christmas Meal £25.00 per person
Bed & Breakfast £27.50 per person + £10.00 single supplement

£105.00 per couple for meal / bed and breakfast
£62.50 for individual meal / bed and breakfast single occupancy

I have reserved 50 places for the Christmas meal and 25 double / twin rooms. These will be booked on a first come first serve basis. The hotel has given me until Monday 18th September to get full payment from anyone wanting to attend, after that they will release any unbooked meals / rooms.

So if you are wanting to attend cheques need to be made payable to “Whitehouse Hotels 2005 Ltd” and sent to me asap, send me a pm and I will let you have my address.
