I’m leaving my car there for a few things to be sorted out. By any chance would anyone be going home via (or near) Yateley and able to give me a lift home?
Just so we know, each car will get about 40 minutes - we have 10 hours of Bens’ time, and thats an equal division of that time… should be plenty for everyone
It is obviously important to get as many people there as early as possible so that we don’t end up wasting this time that we have, and everyone gets their share.

Has anyone thought of arrangements for lunch?
?
There’s a pub just down the road, and a Burger King not far away. Fish and chips not too far either. I expect there will be a food run at some point.
Ireckon Ben ought to arrange a burger van or put on a BBQ, He can at least have tea and coffee sorted for us
That’s a point, Ben. If you told the owner of that sandwich van they could sell out a load of hot food, drinks & cakes if they came around at Sunday lunchtime perhaps they would.
Right, tea, coffee, anything out of the drinks machine etc is there and free. Coke etc, iron bur, redbull etc is in the fridge in the waiting room- again all free.
We normally give out munchies like tea and biccies etc, thats all there so just help yourself.
For a fiver a head we can arrange pizza- we did that this weekend just gone- seemed to go down pretty well.
We did try and get a burger van down, but they all have good pitches and stuff- if they sold us 50 burgers they would be doing well whereas of course they will do much more than that at the local B&Q!
Of those coming, i’m sure there are those who literally just want to do a power run or 3 check out the health of their car and have a chat about what they might do with it. On the otherhand there are probably people who’d like to use their time mapping/setting up etc.
If you can let us have an indication of which youd prefer and what systems you are running. I’m pretty sure we will have the requisite leads for all of them, but just to check.
Only looking for power runs Ben, just looking for a bit of repeatability, could advance the timing a couple of degrees but would I need Mark there to do that?
