I have been advised by the hotel of a room booking problem some people have experienced recently, this was because our reserved rooms had to be released back into the Public system 3 weeks prior to the event - i.e. no longer reserved for GTOUK.

I have extended this period today and rooms can now be booked at the price quoted up to 7 days before the event.
