Looking back at my original post about your fine (below), I see the hotel quoted it may take 60 days to receive your refund.

I appreciate this is a long time to wait, but my hands are tied until that deadline passes unfortunately.

I’ve made a note to check back with you after 60 days, but please let me know if you receive it before then.
