Eighteen out of the twenty double rooms have now been booked up asnd paid for. John Badlad and Jon Dreisey have first shout on the other two as they have paid but not indicated a preference.

There are only four rooms left and 11 meal places, so if you are thinking of coming and would like to join everyone else then I suggest you get your name down quick.

I’m not too fussy-am I right in thinking we all have to have the same? Only thing is I would prefer not to have anything with too much garlic in as it makes me feel a bit queasy.

Heres the Veggie menu, they will only serve the same menu so all veggies need to agree the same menu.

Vegetable en Croute served with a Mushroom & Tarragon Sauce

Spicy Vegetable & Cheese Strudel in a Tomato Coulis

Potato & Aubergine Moussaka with crisp Leaves

Three Bean Casserole on a Bed of Wild Rice

Wild Mushroom Stroganoff on a Bed of Saffron Rice

Ricotta & Spinach Lasagne served with crisp Leaves

We now allocated 34 of the 35 rooms we booked and only have one room left to occupy. This was originally reserved for Andy K but as I haven’t heard from him its available.

I’m pleased to say that Steve K AA and Steve Morgan (Sumo) are both also coming even though not on my list as they mistakenly booked direct with the hotel, (hence new total of 33).

I also hope you make a new member welcome who will be attending their first meet, Louise and Russ who will be traveling down from the North East in thier MK1.

For the evening we now have 66 meals booked, I’l love to round this up to 70 so lets see if we can get another four to join us for the meal

As stated before Tina can not eat any meal which contains Cheese.

There is only two options that we hope won’t have cheese in them.

I’m not overly fussy but I don’t think I would enjoy the Three Bean Cassrole. I prefer lasagne but will have the Wild Mushroom Stroganoff-can’t the hotel make an execption for Tina?

Ok we have to sort the Veggie meal out.

Why this crap hotel can’t cook what people want is a complete mystery to me.

Simon is currently in discussions with the Hotel but they don’t seem to be very flexible.

We have been given a deadline of next Wednesday to sort this out.

I have checked through this post and i believe that i have listed below everyone that requires the veggie option. If anyone needs adding please PM me.
