Dave if it helps I can just go with the flow, beans are OK, it’s no big deal as long as I have something to eat. Having organised several conferences through work for over 130 I understand that hotels catering for large numbers will often insist on a single menu choice

This should not be a problem for a good hotel, as you are only looking at a very small number of veggies compared to the rest of the menu.
I think its ridiculous they cannot sort a couple of different meals out for the veggies. They are doing different meals for the non veggies
Rach is a very fussy eater, if there is only one veggie option then cancel my meal and we will go and eat out at a proper restaurant. The Ricotta & Spinach Lasagne served with crisp Leaves was the only option she liked the look of.

There’s a KFC, MacDonalds and Pizza Hut near the stadium if anyone doesn’t fancy the hotel meal. There’s also a pub called “The George” near the hotel which does really nice food.

Sorry Tracie by that i meant their restaurant would be serving different meals, which means the kitchens will have other food on the go, so I cannot see what their problem is.
