I’m guessing you didn’t see the other gtos on other stands then or are you just that sad you have to go over old crap again.
Well @craig2, was just wondering, as I didn’t make it, whether, like Hinkley, when we were walking around we found and spoke to three different GTO owners who have since become members, if there were any others there. I usually photograph them and put them up for others to see even though, like yourself, they are not members of this club.
Why don’t you introduce yourself, show us some pictures of your car and become involved?
And you were quite right, I didn’t see other GTO’s as unfortunately I was/am recovering from an operation so in actual fact I didn’t get to see a single car that day. Maybe you did, maybe you didn’t but you’ll find that on these forums a little dig doesn’t make much difference, or are you so butthurt about my comment and that you and she are an item??? I am sad, sad that I didn’t get to go, but there will be many other meets that I will attend and will continue to look out for GTO’s and their owners for a chat.

And where have I been agressive because I have not I simply pointed out that I saw other gto’s on other stands as the question was asked by just_cool so I simply answered plus I aired my thoughts on the sky comments that was made afterwards no aggression at all
Not butthurt at all just find really laughable that a middle aged man can still be so childish if you wasn’t there then of course you wouldn’t have seen any other gto’s.
Nevermind hopefully the operation wasn’t anything to serious and you will be fit and well again soon plus there’s always japshow finale next year take care now

I hope this is just wires crossed and things being misinterpreted.
So please draw a line under it and introduce yourself and your car in the newbie section as we are open and welcoming to new members.

“Sad” and “childish” directed at members , this isn’t really the best way you can introduce yourself to folks on here .
As far as Sky goes I assume this is related to a person that logged onto the forum with no wish to take part in the way the club is ran .
If so then the same applies , people are always welcome unless unrest or situations are created within the club .
Please have a think about what I have said in my last two posts if you wish to continue posting on here

Craig, Craig, Craig, where does it state that I’m a middle aged man, childish, you want to be at a meet like the Birthday Bash, there you will find all the grown up kids you want, a release of life’s pressure you could say. Alcohol does have a bearing on this but as a bunch of very good mates from differing backgrounds we mix remarkably well, and have a lot of fun.
Whilst I thank you for your concern regarding my op, my recovery is to be terrorising these boards with witty and sometimes weird comments. That is me and being childish is meaning I am teasing someone. All meant in jest and mates can see this. If you can’t stand the heat………………wondered where the sky reference came from, thought it was televised 
Oh! by the way, was the ‘take care now’ accompanied by a few pats to the head like you do to your dog?

@just_cool I’m glad your recovery will be enjoyable for you the take care now was referring to you take card Ng of yourself as your health is the most important thing after all but no pat’s on any dogs head as I don’t have a dog. With regards to the can’t stand the heat I’m not sure what you are referring to as I can’t feel any heat.
Birthday bash sounds good I will have to attend at some point if everyone gets on as much as you say they as the car scene nowadays seems to be more about bitching about people than the actual cars.
@james3000gt I can see why you said that Terry is a corking chap I can tell by his replies he is one of a kind
@CDMH as previously stated no aggression from me however the so let me be clear here comes across as aggressive so is this double standards.
Also I would like to point out the last part of your comment should also be looked at as it could be seen as threating.
With regards to my remarks about sad and childish they are my opinion as that is the way it has come across they were not meant agressively but I suppose if I had said he was butt hurt or maybe we t through his social media took a screen shot of one of his pictures and put a dogs head on it and then took the ■■■■ out of him that would be fine wouldn’t it.
As far as introducing myself I will gladly do so if you would be kind enough to point me to this newbiee area I will write something up
I can tell you now that is one thing members here on UK don’t do and that is slag off another members car, goes against the camaraderie between members. What they will do is anything to help. Seen it at the last B/B. Guy says 'have a problem with the car, next minute the car is surrounded by people all willing to give their assistance, when problem was found, many went back to their seats and carried on the day whilst the car was sorted.
I won’t go into explaining the saying, mostly everyone knows it, but from you answer I take it that your not yet middle aged so no crisis there
Not everyone who attends the B/B comes along in their GTO as its just a gathering weekend to catch up with mates and to celebrate the longevity of the club. A couple of years ago it was the 15th year anniversary with celebration mugs, even @DavePerky was there, albeit half of him 
@CDMH talks from the heart, protects this club with a passion I’ve never seen before, and if he thinks something is said out of order/context he will down right let you know.

Hi Craig and welcome to GTOUK.
Obviously you are the partner of a member who was recently suspended from the club.
Banning any member new or old is not something we do lightly.
This was done in line with club rules put in place by all members.
Personal comments were made and the initial aggressor in the conversation was removed because of this. Not because of other reasons I have seen posted elsewhere.
Obviously members know who you are and backs are still up from the original posts on both sides.
Hopefully you have joined up for the cars and the club, and not to bring disruption to the forum.
We didn’t ban you as soon as you signed up this morning as you have done nothing wrong and as said hopefully you are here for genuine reasons.
We have a newbie topic you can find on the top of the screen.
Please introduce yourself and put some pics up if you would like.

I’m not sure what saying you are referring to there in your comment if you are referring to your earlier saying of if you can’t handle the heat then stay out of the kitchen then yes I have heard of it I haven’t lived under a rock all my life. As far as not being middle aged goes I would class myself at the age of 38 almost 39 as middle aged.
You do not need to explain to me why anybody was banned it is your club and it’s up to you what you do.
As you would’ve noticed I had not and did not get involved at the time as there was no reason for me to be however when references were still made today that’s when I thought enough was enough as you said the person has been suspended so why not leave it all in the past and move on no more references need to be made.

Under duress lately mate but flying off to Tenergrief tomorrow, in-laws have been amazing and looking after the tribe for a week.
First abroad holiday for me on a plane in 27 years 
Hopefully kids be ok… if not may have to get in one of those immigrant dinghy’s back
