With the success of Japfest at Silverstone, is anyone thinking of going to Japshow at Santa Pod, the date is fast approaching?
Will this be discussed/arranged during the AGM?
Do we have banners, flyers, etc. that could help advertise the stand a bit more on the day?

This one is a minimum of 10 cars to be able to book a Club Stand which based on Japfest and other meets, sadly we are unlikely to get at the moment.
Without a stand it would mean parking in the Public Car Park.

As @Tracie says there is a minimum car number. Also as far as Iām aware deadline for booking is the 25th April.

Maybe this is the moment to encourage our Membership to put their hands up and get along to this forthcoming show.
I should have made a much better attempt to get along to the Silverstone event last Sunday. Well, I did, but my late arrival didnāt give me much time to scout around for other GTO owners who made it earlier in the day, and I am sorry that I didnāt see any of you. Blimey, if I had just 50p for every Skyline; Civic; GTR, Supra, and Impreza there, I would be an overnight millionaire.
So, as Tracie and James have said, get cracking if you can, and maybe GTOUK will do itself proud at Santa Pod on the 15th.
As far as Club equipment banners and flags etc are concerned, I can bring them along if we can mount a significant presence there.
We just need some more of you to fill our potential Club stand.
Fingers crossedā¦just under 2 weeks to get onto it.

Reduced price tickets āEarlyā are available till 5pm on 6th May, this is a Ā£7 saving .
Canāt see when the tickets sales finally close, but there is no āPay on the Gateā tickets.
The Club stand has to be booked by 5pm on 3rd May.

Please note everyone, the Club has to purchase 10 tickets up front to secure the stand, so this canāt be done without 10 definate sales, unfortunately we have lost funds in the past by people saying they are going and then the tickets arenāt sold.
