The Club has to buy them all in order to book a stand, so when 10 people are committed we will do that and ask for the ticket money.

Japfest was different, we could just book the stand and you guys sort your own tickets out.

To be honest, it’s not leaving a lot of time to sort this, as the tickets and Stand Passes will then have to be posted out to individuals.

I have put the tickets in the club shop, if we don’t get at least 10 tickets sold then those who bought tickets will be refunded.

Please state if you buy a ticket so I can keep stock levels updated.
Remember we are short of time, so purchase your tickets quickly. The tickets will come to myself and Tracie and will need to be posted out to you.

If we get 9/10 people for example, is there anything stopping a member purchasing 2 tickets, just so we have the right numbers, but then only coming in 1 car?

The tickets and stand passes will be posted to you once we receive themfrom Japshow, so please make sure your address is correct in Memberful, or included in your PayPal transaction.

If you aren’t sure, easiest thing to do is PM me your address.
