Julian and I attended the first one and have to say it was great fun! Would recommend it to anyone…well done Japgirls as its all in aid of charity
nothing serious just all fun and laughs with some nice motors. Sadly calendar is already too full of car stuff this summer already  and thats with a sick GTO :!:
I will there , I had great fun last time and there was a good show of GTOs so lets see if we can do it again.
Are we meeting at the Ace again and what time?
This time is going to be a little different form last time as regards locations.
Some clubs have said they would prefer to meet far later than before and obviously that the ACE was alittel too small for the turn out, BUT after the last time I really love the Ace so…
This time round it will be a double stepped event, in short the early birds (like me) will be meeting at Ace cafe about 7, then at about 10 we’ll make a convoy to meet up with the late comers at the dome.
This way well have all the time in the world to catch up and take photo’s before we make a shoofty on for the tunnel run at 11.
Hopefully the roads wil all be a little less busy this time as its so late.
Maps are sooooooooooooooooo soooooooooo much better this time and yes we’ll be adding places and Postcodes to enter into the wonder that is sat nav so no one will be getting lost this time
Could peeps make a list of who is coming please? and let me know via pm your names, username, car and reg - so we can let the police know again that we have the info to stop trouble!
Hope loads of you can come cos it would be nice to have a long line of GTO’s again
This will be interesting driving round London that night, thats also the same night the official tunnel runners are running.
Brendan
Guess which run I will be on
Should be interesting!! A couple of the ‘Official’ tunnel runners attended the Japgirls charity event too. Anyways isnt Pink the official colour of the breast cancer charity…awwww how can you let the Japgirls down Brendan…ah go on go on go on go on
Same day as JTS at Silverstone, which we are going to, so maybe, maybe not.
Oh, and the Japgirls event is no more or less ‘official’ than anything else. Maybe ‘official’ is being defined as having its own website and paying £££ to enter?

It has its own website just you dont have to pay £££ to enter.
LOL the difference between them is simply that ours is legal and done in aid of charity.
The police are informed and worked with/alongside thats what makes the difference
The real difference is that there’s is legal, and your’s is a copy. The police even shut one bore of the Dartford tunnel on a recent run to escort us through, but London is a big city and there is plenty of place for everyone to cruise through it without causing trouble. The fact that you are raising money for a worth while cause is very commendable and I wish you the best of luck. Hope to see you at some point through the night.
So chaps, anyone coming?? Its all being done for charity again, a smaller one this time but really deserving of the funds! We are hoping to make this one bigger than the last! Come one guys, it wont be the same if we dont have a big long line of GTO’s again
Really Bren, let the Jap Girls organise their own “runs”, and enjoy driving your Porker on the “official” tunnel runs. We don’t need the petty digs, you’re coming across as extremely stand-off-ish, to the point of snobbery.
