MAFT PRO/MAFT T DYNO Day Sunday 1st July 2007

I have arranged a Dyno day at Engine Advantages in Whitam Essex ( http://www.engine-advantages.co.uk/home.html ) on Sunday the 1st of July.

This is open to anyone who has purchased a MAFT PRO/MAFT T from Evil Empire Performance.

I thought we would have a Dyno day to see every ones car on the same dyno to get some idea on how the cars are performing and to get some feed back from Paul Hills who will be doing the runs.

For further details please call me on 07891-606913 and post below if you want to run your car or want to come along and find out more about the MAFT PRO and how it works

Cheers Rob

I really think I should be there, so I will be! I will bring the M&S Motors guys if I can, but I need to get back as I am flying out that day.

Is there a cost for this? Roughly how much? And when will it start?

Should I bring my car supercharged, or would it be worth seeing what it is like NA?

Rob, I will do my best to get down for this.

Cheers,
Steve

Rob,
Count me in. Assuming I can get it running smoothly enough to get over there. Took it for a spin tonight and even with AFR tracking enabled the AFR’s are still all over the place. Did you manage to get an updated bin yet ?

Best regards,

Damien.

Hi Rob,

Sounds great, bit too early to say for sure but, I should be there.

I will bell you soon to let you know for certain!

Cheers,

Jim

may come mate also can you please explain maft ?

can my mate with his 300zx come?
thanks

It looks like I will be off for this, so I will definately be coming down

The old girl may not look too great, but she is running really well  just need the bigger tubs and coolers to get the most out of her!

Mass Air Flow Translator ??? just a guess … am i right or wrong Rob ??

and i guess thats where the 20 post limit comes in seeing as i now cant look at the other boards i posted in :frowning: … better find that poxy cheque book then a bit quicker :waiting:

I should be able to come along, but untill I can find out more about the noise i’m getting from the transmission, while its under high torque, it’s maybe best to give the dyno a miss

Del

I`ll be there as long as the burger van is there as well!!!

That would ruin my diet, and I have a beach holiday in August. Oh my figure…

Jim, hope to see you at this one and see what the car can do now. I will be around on Saturday to log your sensors and see if we can find your idle problem.

Nice one.

Cheers marc.

Thought the fuel pressure regulator would sort it, but no

I will come down and log it and check it out.

Rob, is it ok if i come along to this and be nosey to see a few runs and see what mine / next car should or could be runnig at or is it a case of less people standing around not having dyno runs the better because of the space ?? … you know i wouldnt be offended lol … …

You are welcome to come along and watch and have a look at the cars

Cheers Rob

Does anyone who is coming along to this have a MUT tester as I need my SRS re-setting.

Cheers,
Steve

Dito…

I’m afraid I won’t be making this. The car is not running right at all, and until I can find the problem wire, I am likely to blow something.
