Anyone any good at photoshop ? Lol

Not with that many spokes!

Bought all of the bits that I need to service the car, everything has arrived and when I got under the car to see if the oil filter was the same, the one that I bought is smaller than the one which is on the car, I messaged the seller and he said that the K&N oil filters are smaller than normal filters, is that right ? As it doesn’t seem right to me

Also what air filters is everyone using ! The K&N ones seem a bit steep, someone is selling a K&N on fleabay supposedly only been used for 2000 miles for £100, they are £182 new

the k&n is a good filter plus it can be washed and re oiled . I sold my hks for one

Would you say £100 is a fair price for the K&N filter then

I think the k&n on evil empire is cheaper than that isn’t it?

Or is it not a standard one?

Does that come with an adapter plate? If not bear in mind you may have to purchase one.

This is mine. I went for a different one from the usual cos its an oval at the end going to a large round neck so I don’t have any restriction in the airflow. Some cheap air filters have small necks and small apertures in the adapters, so you end up adding a restriction.

As you can see I have an adapter on the MAF flange which has a 114mm neck to cater for a large K&N without restricting anything.

Cheers Mick

£182 on evil empire

Ahhh, ok. Mine is just the standard one

I’d pay about 80 delivered if got adapter

So I take it you have this one and bought the adapter plate seperate ? http://www.evilempireperformance.co.uk/gto-3000gt-shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_28&products_id=376

Mine are the same size as the Genuine ones

What number is on the box ??

I have one K&N Airfilter left in stock and then they go up a LOT !!

Good old brexit

That will not fit the Air flow meter Reece, its for use when you add a piggy back or stand alone ECU and remove the Airflow meter from the car

That is a bigarse Airfilter for a standard car Mick… Good job :+1:
