No I think I bought one of these (you can put all the measurements in on the K&N website to choose a suitable filter) and bought a suitable flange for it from a chap called 500BHP on ebay.
Its not ideal because it sits on the bulkhead without any clips to hold it up, I keep meaning to get round to doing that, but with any large K&N you’ll notice the difference compared to cheaper paper filters. You could put a lower offer in on the ebay one tho, see what they say (hope its nobody on here now!). Probably worth speaking to Rob @GSXRKID for a bit of advice on buying new.
p.s a new K&N will come with a million mile guarantee, so you may save money in the long run!
no difference but with the mushroom one you need to mind and keep changing the filters after a few years as they break down and foam gets in the maf and could damage it .so the k n is better
That is the WRONG filter as its flow is too small…Typical Ebay seller who knows ■■■■ all about what they sell and will tell you anything as long as they sell it to you !!
It will fit your housing, but i would advise against using it as its internal volume and filtering is too small for the oil flow in our engines. I spoke directly to K&N years ago about this and was told the above by the technical guy there i spoke to about it.
