Ok , thatâs great fellas. Look forward to seeing you all there. Some of you are choosing to get to Santa Pod early, and itâs no problem at all.
If I could have, Iâd get there early as well, however, Iâm basically coming off a ânight shiftâ after looking after 2 grandchildren for their parents, and I canât âget awayâ until about 8am at the earliest, which makes my arrival time at the BP petrol station/RV point around 0915. Please feel free do do whatever suits you best. Iâll definitely aim for the BP station first, then go from there to Santa Pod at 0930.
So far (this afternoon) the Santa Pod people havenât finished marking out the Club Stand areas just yet, but when I know, Iâll pass it on.
If any of you fancy giving your beauties the chance of running some 4 second passes on the track, then go to santapodtickets.com and select the drop down for the RWYB for Sunday. It costs £45 for as many 4 second (or quicker⌠
) passes as you can manage, subject to how busy the track is, weather etc. Remember to have your Driving Licence with you. Booking the RWYB has now to be completed online, and before 7am on Sunday morning. You canât buy a track pass at the gate.
Thatâs all I have at the moment.

I donât know if anyone can help who is coming on the weekend, but has anyone got an ECS ECU module they could bring along so I could simply plug it into my loom and see if it corrects the flashing Sport light on the dash. My unit is tested and shown to have continuity but might not be working under load. It would really help me go through the process of elimination to get all working.
