Birthday Bash 13th - 15th July

Posting this up a little earlier than normal, as it falls at the high point of the holiday season, so knowing when it is, helps people to arrange their diaries/holidays etc.
For those who haven’t been before, it’s a great event on the GTOUK calendar, not a car show, just like minded friends camping in a field, relaxing, drinking, eating and lots of laughs, but Billing Aquadrome itself is also a large holiday park with plenty else to do away from our pitch, check it out here

It’s a 2 day event July 28th-29th.
I have spoken to the event organisers Straightliners.
We have up untill 2 weeks before the event to secure a club stand.
Ideally I would like to get moving on trying to secure a stand sooner, if we have enough interest.

Gauging interest in this event to see if we should get a club stand.
We have attended this event for the past couple of years and it’s a great meet.
It is an indoor event but last year our stand was outside.
The club has to pay for the club stand here, so we can only go ahead if enough people are interested.
We would like to get a club stand secured as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
So let us know asap please guy…

Car show and camping event held at Peterborough Arena, The East of England Showground, Peterborough , PE26HA, Friday 31st Aug and will finish on Sunday 2nd Sep.
(Thursday 30th is set-up day – “Committee Invite Only”)
Ticket includes:
Entry to the event grounds
Access to the JAE show
Entry to all the JAE organised competitions and events
Pitch fee for one tent for the duration of the event
